About Repon

Repon is a developer and integrator focused on AI-driven process improvement for modern enterprises. Located in Aachen, Germany, we’ve built systems that handle the messy reality of enterprise data (customer messages, documents, media files, and operational metrics) in production, at scale. We’ve worked with organizations like Deutsche Telekom, BSH, Shell, and Deutsche Vermogensberatung, and co-developed products with domain partners like rheingold Institut. We start small, prove value quickly, and scale what works.

How We Work

  • Prototype: We build a working prototype on our platform, not a requirements document. Within weeks, you see real results on real data. This validates assumptions, tests feasibility, and aligns us on the right approach early.
