Deutsche Telekom needed a single platform where all national subsidiaries and their agency partners could submit marketing materials and get them approved — fast.
The challenge: With dozens of national companies developing their own campaigns, ensuring brand design consistency and strategic alignment required a structured, scalable review process.
What we built: BRAND DIALOG, a one-stop approval platform where national subsidiaries upload marketing concepts and assets, which are then reviewed by Deutsche Telekom’s global brand design and communications experts supported by AI driven processes.
AI Avatars
Co-Developing a Commercially Launched AI Avatar Platform
rheingold Institut has over 35 years of depth psychology research. We partnered with them to build a product that makes this knowledge interactive and scalable: the rheingold Avatar Suite.
The challenge: Qualitative research insights were locked in reports and researchers’ expertise. Hard to access, time-consuming to apply, and effectively invisible to anyone outside the involved team.
What we built: AvatarSuite, a platform for psychologically grounded AI avatars, launched commercially in 9 languages, used by enterprise clients, nominated for the German Market Research Innovation Award 2025. Built entirely on our core platform.

Building an AI-Powered Message Processing System for a Global Manufacturer
BSH operates in more than 50 countries. Their customer service teams handle millions of email inquiries annually, across multiple languages, brands, and product lines. We built the AI system that makes this significantly faster.
What we built: An AI-powered classification and routing system covering BSH’s organizational structure, languages, and quality requirements. Deployed in production, processing millions of messages annually.
