Help Us Build Automated Systems
We're a small team solving hard problems for enterprise clients. If you want ownership, variety, and direct impact (not tickets and processes), we'd like to hear from you.
Who We Are
Repon is an AI company based in Aachen, Germany. We build systems that automate complex enterprise processes: customer service, document workflows, analytics, conversational AI, and intelligent agents. Our clients include Deutsche Telekom, BSH, Shell, and leading companies in automotive and finance.
We’re a small, focused team. That means short decision paths, direct access to everyone involved, and real influence on technical direction. No layers of management, no months-long approval cycles.
Our office is in Aachen-Burtscheid. We value being in the same room (most of the team is on-site most of the time) but we’re flexible when life requires it. The office has a fully equipped kitchen, as much coffee as you want (the hardest decision being which beans to go with), and drinks (just tell us what you like). Oh, and there’s a swing. 🙂

What It’s Like to Work Here
Ownership, Not Ticket Queues
You take responsibility for features, components, or entire sub-projects. You make technical decisions, challenge architectural choices, and drive topics forward. We expect initiative, and we give you the space for it.
Variety Across Projects
We work across multiple products and clients simultaneously. That means different problem domains, different technical challenges, and different contexts, not the same codebase for years.
Technical Discussions on Equal Footing
Architecture decisions are made together. If you disagree with an approach, say so. We’d rather have a good argument now than a bad system later. Code reviews are a conversation, not a gatekeeping ritual.
AI-Native Workflow
We build AI systems, and we use them too. The team has premium access to current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Gemini) as standard working tools, not experiments. We integrate AI into how we work, not just what we ship.
Open Positions
We’re currently hiring for the following roles. If none of these match but you think you’d be a good fit, reach out anyway. We’re always interested in strong engineers.
-
Frontend Developer
You craft responsive, perfect UIs in Angular and TypeScript and you care just as much about UX as you do about clean code. Enterprise clients like Telekom won't know what hit them. -
ML Engineer
You build ML pipelines that actually make it to production, feel at home in PyTorch and Hugging Face, and love the idea of turning messy, unstructured data into something genuinely useful. Real-world impact over academic benchmarks, that's our kind of engineer. -
PM / Key-Account Manager
You're the person who keeps enterprise clients like BSH happy, projects on track, and somehow always knows what's happening before anyone else does. Startup pace, big-league clients, you thrive in exactly that gap. -
Office Assistant
You keep the engine running behind the scenes: organized, proactive, and the reason the whole team can focus on building great things. Our Aachen office needs its secret weapon, and that might just be you.
Process
How We Hire
We keep the process fast, honest, and low on bureaucracy. No formal cover letters. We’d rather understand your experience and motivation directly.
-
Step 1: Introductory Call (20 min)
A short phone call to get to know each other and see if there's a mutual fit. -
Step 2: Technical Interview (90 min)
A deeper conversation about your experience, a code review, and technical discussion. We want to understand how you think and work, not quiz you on trivia. -
Step 3: Team Meeting On-Site
Meet the team in Aachen. See the office, ask your questions, and get a feel for how we work day-to-day.
Interested?
Send us your CV and a few lines about your experience, what you’ve been responsible for, and why this could be a good fit. No formal cover letter needed.
